Groupe Renault UK has appointed Gemma Croft as its new Press Fleet Manager with the responsibility of managing and booking UK press evaluations across the Renault, Dacia and Alpine passenger car brands and Renault Pro+ commercial vehicles.

Gemma joins Groupe Renault with over five years of experience in the automotive industry, having previously worked in vehicle distribution. Before working in the automotive industry, Gemma held senior customer service roles, equipping her with the skills required to offer a fantastic press fleet service.

Groupe Renault UK are delighted to announce that Charlie Roper, who has been with us for three years as Press Fleet and VIP Relations Manager, has been promoted to Brand Affairs Manager. Reporting to Alistair Sommerville, PR Manager, Charlie will work closely with Lauren Prema, Product Affairs Manager, and the rest of the PR team across the Renault, Renault Pro+, Dacia and Alpine brands.

Commenting on her new role, Gemma said: “I’m very excited to join the team here at Groupe Renault. Across all the brands in our portfolio we offer a very diverse product line-up; all of which I am excited to share with the UK media. With a recently renewed small car line up including the award winning All-New Clio, All-New Captur, and New ZOE, and a new range of E-TECH electrified models imminent, Renault is an exciting place to be working right now.”

Commenting on his new appointment, Charlie said: “I look forward to working on brand communications at Groupe Renault UK; continuing to build relationships with UK media, launching new and competitive products, and showcasing the innovation and technical expertise of Groupe Renault. I am excited for the opportunity to work with existing partners, as well as forging new relationships with a variety of media and their contributors.”
